We deal exclusively in institutional and wholesale volumes. Minimum volumes apply to all transactions, and we do not trade coins of any denomination or engage in retail sales.

Onboarding begins with a simple document submission. Our Compliance team reviews all applications against UAE AML and OECD standards. Approved counterparties receive direct access to our trading desk within three to five business days.

Our compliance program is built on UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on AML/CFT, OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains (including the Gold Supplement), FATF Recommendations for Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones, and CBUAE AML/CFT guidelines. We also voluntarily adhere to Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) standards.

We operate across the UAE, GCC, Europe, Asia and the Americas — working with counterparties across Asia & MEA (UAE, India, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Turkey, Japan), Europe & USA (USA, UK, Switzerland), and South America & Africa.

Metals are priced against live spot markets, with spot, forward and consignment structures available. Indicative pricing is available to approved counterparties on request.

We coordinate door-to-vault, vault-to-vault and cross-border shipments with full insurance, real-time tracking and documented chain of custody, working with premier global secure logistics networks.
